Why can’t I see my payslip in Payslip, Kivra or in the app Spiris Employee?

Your payslips are stored in Payslip for two years. If your access to Payslip ends, you won't be able to see your payslips anymore, but they'll still remain with your employer. This means your payroll administrator can help you with older payslips even if you don't have access to them yourself anymore.

If you cannot see your payslip, it may be due to the following:

• Your payroll administrator has not sent the payslip to Payslip yet.
• If there are a large number of pay slips being sent on the same day, it may take a while before the pay slips are visible. However, by 17.00 at the latest, you should be able to see the pay slip in Payslip and in Kivra.
• You cannot see payslips that you have received from a previous employer in Payslip, but if the payslip has been sent to your digital mailbox in Kivra you will be able to access them there after you have terminated your employment. If the payslips have not been sent to Kivra, you must contact your previous payroll administrator if you want to view payslips from a previous employer.
• Your employer does not use Payslip. Please check with your payroll administrator.
• Your employer does not use Kivra. At kivra.se (in Swedish) you can see which companies that can send payslips via Kivra.

If you still do not see your payslip in the app, there are a few things you can do.

• Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
• Log out and log in to the app again.
• If you still do not see the payslip in the app, you can check if you see it in Employee on the web. Log in to spiris.se and select Payslip/Employee.
• If you have login to several companies, you can check that you have not selected a company as the default company, as this may cause you to log in to the "wrong" company in the app. Follow these steps to remove the default company selection:
  1. Go to spiris.se and log in.
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner.
  3. In the list of companies, uncheck the star symbol.
