Status for payslips sent to Kivra
This topic only applies to payroll administrators.
Payslips sent to Payslip are automatically forwarded to Kivra if the employee has a digital mailbox there. Payslips are both shown in the employees' digital mailbox in Kivra as well as in Payslip. Employees who do not have a digital mailbox in Kivra will only see their payslips in Payslip.
Information about the sent payslips is shown under the menu option Kivra. In the Sent payslips window, you can see the status of the sent payslips in the column Status for sending. Here we describe the messages that may appear.

The payslip has been delivered to the employee's digital mailbox in Kivra.

The payslip has been created in Payslip and is being sent to the employee's digital mailbox in Kivra.

The payslip is sent to Kivra, where it is retained for 30 days. If the employee registers a Kivra account within that time, the employee will get payslips sent to their digital mailbox retroactively.
Please note that the status won't update if the payslip is sent to the digital mailbox retroactively. The status changes only when a new payslip is created.

The payslip could not be delivered to Kivra because the employee's personal identity number has a format that is not supported by Kivra. This could for example be because the employee has a coordination number instead of a personal identity number and could therefore not register a digital mailbox in Kivra.
The employee can see their payslip in Payslip.

The payslip couldn't be sent to Kivra due to a technical error. Contact our support, and we'll assist you.

An error occurred when they payslip was being sent to Kivra. Contact our support, and we'll assist you.

The payslip could not be delivered since the employee has incorrect settings or is missing required settings in Kivra. This could for example be because the employee has chosen not to receive payslips in their digital mailbox in Kivra.
The employee can see their payslip in Payslip.
