Can I register several customers with the same organisation number?

If the same company has several delivery addresses, for example different factories or departments, you can register the company as several customers in the customer register - one customer per delivery address - even if they share an organisation number. It's the customer number, not the organisation number, that distinguishes the customers in the register.

1. Go to Sales - Customers and select New customer.
2. Look up the company by organisation number or fill in the details manually, just as for a regular customer.
3. Give the customer its own, distinct name so you can easily tell the delivery addresses apart in lists and on invoices, for example "Företaget AB - Warehouse Gothenburg".
4. Fill in the delivery address for the location at Add different delivery address.
5. Select Save.

Repeat the steps for each additional delivery address. Each new customer automatically gets its own customer number, so you can set up as many customers as you need with the same organisation number.
