Work with integration
If you are a limited liability company, you can enable integration with to automatically fetch transactions from your tax account. Once the integration is active, your tax account is checked for new transactions every morning, and they are imported automatically.
When you set up and activate the integration with , Bookkeeping & Invoicing will start to import all transactions available on the activation day and 30 days back. Should any of these transactions already exist in Bookkeeping & Invoicing, they will not be imported.
Activate integration

Go to Settings - Cash and bank accounts.

Select the tax account and then select Activate connection.

Follow the instructions in the guide.
In the last step of the guide, the Activate button will take you to s website, where you log in and do the final steps to complete the activation.
Questions and answers
No, the integration is free of charge both from our end and s end.
No, at this point you cannot send payments even if you have both a bank integration and the tax account integration.
Make sure all signatories have signed the agreement by logging into s website and going to Mina sidor - Företagsinformation - Ombud. You can also cancel the activation and start from scratch by going to Settings - Cash and bank accounts - Tax account - Cancel activation.
This should normally never happen, but if it does happen you can manually create transactions the same way you could do before. Under Cash and bank, select Tax account from the Account list, click the New tax transaction button and add information about the transaction.
