AI Assistant - support on your terms

You do know that you can ask our AI assistant for help when you have questions? It's the perfect way to get answers to your questions quickly, at any time of the day or night. As your very own support agent! Simply click the icon displayed on the right side of the screen, ask your question and the AI assistant will do its best to help you. If you feel uncomfortable with Swedish, the AI assistant can help you in your preferred language.

The AI Assistant is good at Bookkeeping & Invoicing, but when it comes to technical accounting questions or specific questions related to payroll, accounting or tax issues, it is better to check our forum.

Here are some tips on how to talk to the AI Assistant to get the most helpful and accurate answers:

  • Ask one question at a time.
  • Be as clear and specific as you can.
  • Feel free to ask follow-up questions.
  • Rephrase the question or add more info if the answer doesn't seem relevant.
  • Give feedback on the answer you receive - this helps the AI assistant to improve.

Remember not to share any personal, sensitive or confidential information with the AI assistant! Also keep in mind that the AI Assistant can make mistakes. If you are not sure about the answer you get - please check with other sources. Spiris does not take responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided by the AI assistant.
