Bookkeeping & Invoicing
Register auditor as a user
In order for your auditor to be able to review your digital documents inside of Bookkeeping & Invoicing, you must register the auditor as a user with auditor permission in My Spiris. If you yourself are an auditor, this means that you have to ask your client to register you. The registration is free of charge and gives the auditor read-only rights as well as the possibility to print and export reports and registers.
To register your auditor as a user, you must create a new user in My Spiris and give them auditor permission. If the auditor is already a user, you only have to edit the existing user. Read more in the My Spiris help text Assign users permission as auditor.
Once the auditor has been registered they can do the following:
- View all content
- Print reports
- Export SIE files
- Export record
When inviting an auditor you do it in order for the auditor to make an audit of the company's financial statements at the year end. When logging in the auditor can view all content in your company, print reports, export SIE files and registers. The auditor cannot register or change anything in the company's accounting. The purpose is solely to make an audit, i.e. review and check that the accounting follows the laws and regulations applicable.
