Deactivate article

If there are sales statistics for an article, you can not remove the article from the article register. You have to deactivate the article instead in this case.

Select Sales - Articles.

If you work with the Stock solution, select Stock and articles - Articles instead.

Select the article you want to deactivate.
Select Edit.
Uncheck the Active box. If there is no history on the article you can instead select Delete.
Select Save.

If you have an integration between Bookkeeping & Invoicing and Webshop, all information about the article in Webshop is cleared when you deactivate it. The images also disappear.

If you only want to remove the article from your webshop temporarily, you can instead use the Hide article feature in Webshop.
