Credit an invoice with ROT/RUT deduction
If you have created an incorrect invoice with ROT/RUT deductions and need to correct it, you must credit the complete invoice and create a new one. Bear in mind that you must correct the information with the if you have applied for ROT/RUT deductions on the invoice.
If you need to partially credit an invoice with ROT/RUT deduction, we recommend crediting the entire invoice and creating a new one.
- Select Sales - Sales invoices.
- Select the invoice you want to credit.
- Select Actions - Credit.
A credit note with the same customer and article information as the invoice then opens. You cannot change any of the invoice information, but you can add extra text rows.
- Do one of the following when you are finished with the invoice:
If your customer can receive e-invoices/invoices in Kivra, it is already set as the default. Read more in the topic Why is it a preset how the invoice should be sent?.
| Send by email | The invoice is automatically sent to the email address specified for the customer in the customer register. The e-invoice is then saved under Unpaid sales invoices. |
| Create PDF | The invoice is saved as a PDF and can be printed. |
| Send as letter | The invoice is sent for printing and sent as a letter. |
| Send via Kivra | The invoice is sent to your customers Kivra inbox. The e-invoice is then saved under Unpaid sales invoices. |
| Save as a draft | The invoice is saved under Drafts. |
