Delete/deactivate sales category
It is not possible to deactivate or delete any of the sales category templates that are set up by default.
- Select Settings to open the menu.
- Select Sales VAT and ledger settings.
- Click on the sales category template you want to delete/deactivate.
- Select Edit.
- Uncheck the Active box. If there is no history on the accounts you can instead select Delete.
- Select Save if you chose inactivation.
