Practice management
Manage access to function and users
You can add users by clicking the button New Employee via Settings - Employees. You can also purchase new access to the solution or add new users in Spiris.
The instructions below only apply if you are logged into the solution.
If you have an extra user licenses and wish to give it to an employee that not yet has been registered on Spiris, do as follows:
- Enter Practice management.
- Select Settings - Employees.
- Click the button New employee.
- Click on the link Create a new user and follow the step by step guide.
- Once the user is created, give access to Practice management under Solutions and then select Save.
The employee is added automatically to Practice management and can now begin to work.
If you have an extra user licenses and wish to give it to an employee that not yet has been registered on spiris.se, do as follow below:
- Enter Practice management.
- Select Settings - Employees.
- Click the button New employee.
- Select Practice management when Show solutions is activated.
- Enter the access of the employee who will have access to Practice management.
The employee is added automatically to Practice management and can now begin to work.
