Practice management
License administration and users
You can add users by clicking the button New Employee via Settings - Employees in Practice management. You can also buy more user licenses or add new users for Practice management via My Spiris that you can access on spiris.se.
Instructions below only applies if you have logged on to Practice management from spiris.se.

If you need to buy more user licenses for Practice management, do as follows:
- Enter Practice management.
- Select Settings - Employees.
- Click the button New employee.
- Choose Practice management as selection via Admission/Access to service.
- Click the button Buy new license.
- Enter the number of licenses you would like to buy.
- Click the button Buy.
Now you have additional user licenses and can give more employees access to the service. Read more about how you give the employees access to Practice management below.

If you have an extra user licenses and wish to give it to an employee that not yet has been registered on spiris.se, do as follows:
- Enter Practice management.
- Select Settings - Employees.
- Click the button New employee.
- Click on the link Create a new user and follow the step by step guide.
- You can give access to Practice management, when the new user is added, via Admission to service and then choose Save.
The employee is added automatically to Practice management and can now begin to work with the program.

If you have an extra user licenses and wish to give it to an employee that not yet has been registered onspiris.se, do as follow below:
- Enter Practice management.
- Select Settings - Employees.
- Click the button New employee.
- Choose Practice management as selection via Admission/Access to service.
- Mark the box Show users with "No Access".
- Change user rights for Users and services that are going to have access to Practice management.
The employee is added automatically to Practice management and can now begin to work with the program.
