Use Payroll in combination with your accounting to work efficiently and save lots of time!
If you have an active bank integration, salary payments are sent and signed directly in Payroll. Additionally, payroll basis, taxes, fees, and payroll tax reports are registered automatically. So, you don’t need to export SIE files to import manually into the accounting.
Employee
In Employee, employees register their times and deviations on the web or via mobile. All data is entered directly into the payroll solution. Employees get full control over their absences, overtime, and holiday, and you avoid double work and reduce the risk of errors.
Payslip/Kivra
With Payslip/Kivra, payslips are sent digitally to employees via the Spiris Employee app or to their digital mailbox with Kivra. Fast, secure, and environmentally friendly!
Travel & Expenses
With Travel & Expenses, employees report their receipts, card purchases, mileage reimbursement and allowances directly on their mobile and are updated directly in the payroll solution.
