Group structure
You can connect a customer to a main or parent company to form a group structure. Under the menu Settings - Customer - Group structure, a standard register with different roles within the group structure is available.
Here you can also add your own roles for the group structure. When you create a group structure with a customer, you can choose to specify a role for the connected customer. Roles not used can be removed or deactivated.
