Checklists
With Checklists, you get a good overview of your customer tasks. You will be able to see statuses, follow up your tasks and make sure they have been completed and when it was completed. When clicking on a task you can send e-mails to the customers that are linked to this specific task. Choose if you wish to send the e-mail to the main contacts or to the company e-mail address by clicking on the button Communicate in the bottom right corner.
As you complete task activities, you can go to the checklist to mark them as completed one by one or all at the same time. You can choose between two types of checklists; per task or all tasks.
A checklist is created for every task with checkpoints. When you click on a task, you can see all the customers it relates to. For each customer, you can see what activities have been started, are completed and are overdue.
With the selection Include you can select if you wish to include All, Completed customers or only Not completed customers.
The checklist All tasks displays all customer tasks that you are involved in. For each customer, you can see what tasks have been started, are completed and are overdue.
The list contains tasks based on month, financial year and calendar year. You can make selections based on the three previous months, the current month and the next month. For tasks with the period financial year and calendar year are shown as follows:
Financial year: Closing date due within the selected month and 11 months previous.
Calendar year: The calendar year the selected month belongs to.
