Pricing of a customer task

You can select how to price a task once you have added it to a customer. This is relevant if you use time registration.
The Status column shows which price lists are current, i.e. the pricing that applies now or in the future for various tasks. The status Expired is displayed for price lists where the end date has passed. As long as a price is still valid, it is displayed as Current. When a price has expired, it is shown as Outdated, but only if you mark the Include outdated box.

  1. Go to Customers .
  2. Select a customer from the list.
  3. Select the Pricing tab.
  4. Select New pricing.
  5. Select type of pricing. You can choose between Price per hour, Price per transaction or Fixed price.
