Register time manually via Time registration icon
If you want to register your time manually, use the clock icon. The icon is available everywhere in the program, so you can always register your time. The time is registered for the user who is logged in, and the current date is suggested.
- Click on the clock icon
in the top menu. - Enter Customer, Task, Activity and any other information.
- Enter the time you have worked.
- Select Save.
If there are customers for whom you often log time, it may be handy to mark these customers as favourites. You can do this in two ways:
Via the time registration dialogue: Select the customer in the list and register the time. Before you save, mark the checkbox the Add as favourite. the next time you register time, the entered Task and Activity that you previously entered will be pre-filled automatically.
Via the time registration overview: Click on the star icon located to the left of the customer's name. When the star icon turns black, it means that the customer has been added as a favourite and will be displayed when you go to the time registration dialogue and click the black star to the right of the Customers field.
To remove a customer from your favourites, simply click on the black star icon again in the time registration view. The customer's favourite status will then be deactivated.
The values are now saved. To make changes or additions, please go to the main option Time registration or click on the link View/Edit this day in the time registration dialogue. When you click View/Edit this day, the time registration page will open in Day-view. Inaccurate or incomplete registrations are shown in red.
