Delete data for the most recent financial year
Accidentally loaded data with the wrong financial year? Here you can easily clear all data from the last financial year and start again. All imported data for the most recent financial year will be deleted.
If the solution is used in a collaboration between your accounting office and a customer, it's only the accounting office's employees that have access to the Settings tab by default. User permissions can be changed under Settings - User rights - Settings.
- Start the solution.
- Choose Settings - Import.
- Click Delete the most recent financial year button.
- Click Yes in the dialogue with the control question that is displayed.
If you have imported data from the wrong viewing period, it is easier to import new data and enter the correct viewing period. All previous data for the current financial year will be replaced.
