User rights

Go to Settings - User rights to set what permissions a specific user of should be granted. The following set of rules is applied by default:

All users will initially get full permission (including access to user rights).

If the solution is used in a collaboration between your accounting office and a customer, it's only the accounting office's employees that have access.

The default settings for full permission is:

  • Full permissions to all accounting data
  • Full permissions to the overview
  • Full permissions to Budget & Forecast
  • Full permissions to Documents
  • Full permissions to Settings
  • Full permissions to comments

The default settings for limited permission is:

  • Full permissions to all accounting data
  • Permission to edit and move charts on the overview page
  • Read-only access to Budget & Forecast
  • Full permissions to Documents
  • No access to Settings
  • Full permissions to comments

The default permissions will be displayed in Settings - User rights after the user’s first login. A user with full access to Settings will be able to change another user’s permissions before the first login of the latter.

When assigning permissions to a specific user, the following settings are available (see the field explanations below):

Select Save in the bottom right corner to save your user right settings. Select Cancel to abort.
