Why has Visma Spcs become Spiris?
We are proud to be a large and important part of the Visma Group. But to distinct Visma Spcs from other Swedish companies in the Visma Group has been a challenge. In addition, spelling has often caused headaches for many. By adopting the name Spiris, we are making a clear mark for the future and making communication easier for everyone.
At the same time, we are creating new opportunities with our platform, and can develop new features that make it even easier and more efficient for you as a customer.

Has there been a merger/acquisition?
No, it is the same company and organisation number. The only difference is that we are now called Spiris.
Why have you changed the name of my program?
When we became Spiris, we took the opportunity to remove complicated product names and instead use more descriptive names around what you actually do when you use each function. That's why Visma eAccounting is now now called Bookkeeping & Invoicing. On spiris.se you will find the new names of our functions.
Do I need to update my contact details?
No, you do not have to inform them of anything.
What do I and my colleagues/employees need to do?
You just need to log in to spiris.se to access all the solutions. If you are using a locally installed program, log in as usual.
Have my login details changed?
No, you log in to spiris.se with your usual login details.
Are guarantees or service agreements affected by the name change?
No, guarantees or service agreements are not affected.
Has customer service changed in any way?
No, we have the same great customer service as before and we are constantly working to develop and improve our support to simplify for you as a customer.

No, everything is as usual, but it is now Spiris on your invoices from us.
What happens in my locally installed program?
Our locally installed applications keep their names and you log in as usual.
What happens in the apps?
The apps have been renamed and have new icons, but they work as usual. If you use one of our apps, you don't need to do anything, the update is done automatically.
