Payroll
How do I report non-administrative workers' salaries to Fora for employees without a personal identity number or coordination number?
You cannot report salaries for workers who do not have a Swedish personal or coordination number. A non-administrative worker who does not have a peraonal number must therefore apply for a coordination number. Read more at skatteverket.se.
When the employee has been given a coordination number, you as an employer must as soon as possible retroactively create a report for each month that the employee has not been reported.
Before you can report an employee with a coordination number, you need to enter missing address details and country code. Enter the information under Payroll - Employees, Basic information tab. The country code should be linked to the address entered on the same tab.
When the non-administrative worker's salary is reported retrospectively, there is a cost for the employer to compensate the employee for the loss of pension returns that the delay may have caused.
