Why is the vacation allowance incorrect?
If you previously worked in Visma Lön 300 or Visma Lön 600, the holiday allowance might not match between the programs. You need to update the percentage for the holiday allowance for the holiday term 20 and 21 (Monthly salary with holiday allowance + variable parts) in Payroll. You do that under Settings - Payroll settings, the Holiday tab.
The minimum holiday allowance that can be paid out is 0.43 percent of the monthly salary. However, some collective agreements have a higher holiday allowance than what is specified by Swedish law. Therefore, check what applies in the company's collective agreement.
