Link employee to agreement
Do the following to link an employee to an agreement:
- Select Settings - Payroll settings.
- Select the Agreements tab.
- Select the agreement you want to link employees to.
- Click Link employee to agreement in the bottom-left corner.
- Select the employees you want to link, or tick the box at the top of the column to select all.
You can filter the list by workforce category and pay type. Combine the filters if you only want to show, for example, administrative workers with a monthly salary.
- Choose the date from which the agreement should apply in the Applies from column. Enter the date as YYYY‑MM‑DD or pick one from the calendar.
- Select Save.
