Values for time-based pay when reporting Bygglösen
Select Payroll - External reporting, the Bygglösen tab to import time-based pay data.
The report will show:
- Contractual monthly salary for full-time work
- Hours worked
- Overtime hours
- Overtime allowance
- Unsociable hours supplement
What is shown in each field is determined by the settings of the pay codes under Settings - Payroll settings, the Pay codes tab, Other information tab.
The reporting is based on the event date and retrieves its values depending on the selected pay period.
Hourly employees and salaried employees with current or previous month as pay period
- Hours worked and total pay without dates from pay period
- Hours worked and total pay with dates from event date
- Deviations without dates from the pay period
- Deviations with dates from event date
Hourly employees and salaried employees with up to and including date as pay period
- Hours worked without dates from pay period
- Hours worked with dates from event date
- Deviations without dates from the pay period
- Deviations with dates from event date
