Why do I need to approve Kivra's general terms and the data processing agreement?
To forward payslips to Kivra, the company must approve General Terms and Conditions for Kivra and Personal Data Processor Agreement for Kivra. This is because both Visma Spcs AB and Kivra will act as data processors for the personal data sent to Kivra via the integration.
In order to approve the general terms and data processing agreement you must be the authorised signatory for your company, or have a power of attorney which gives you such permission. It is your responsibility to get the agreement/terms approved by an authorised person.
If you’re an accounting office, you’re responsible for approving the agreement on behalf of your customer.
