Remove the company's access to Employee or Payslip

Access to Employee is automatically removed for all employees when it is removed for the company. Employees won’t be able to register time and deviations, but they'll still be able to view their payslips in Payslip.
To remove the access for the company, do the following:
- Select Settings - Payroll settings.
- Click on the Remove access button at Let the employees register their working hours and deviations.
- Select Save.
Payslip is included in Payroll and therefore cannot be terminated. However, there is a cost for each sent payslip. Read more about what to do if the employee no longer wants to receive their payslips in Payslip/Kivra in the topic Remove employee's access to Employee or Payslip.

This topic only applies to payroll administrators.
Here’s how to remove access to Employee or Payslip for the company:
- Open Visma Lön 300/600
- Select Arkiv - Inställningar - Företagsinställningar - Integrationer.
- Deselect the option Använder Visma Lön Anställd or Använder Visma Min Lön /Kivra.
Removing access to Employee means employees can no longer use these features, and all employee and company information will be deleted.
Without access to Payslip, the company can't send or view previous payslips.
- Select Save.
Synchronisation with the payroll program is automatic.
