Approve or reject leave applications
If you can’t see Approval – Leave applications in the menu, go to Settings, the Company settings tab and tick Enable leave applications. Only payroll administrators can make this change. Once the feature is enabled, Leave application will also appear in the menu for employees.
You need to be a payroll administrator or approver to approve or reject leave applications.
Here is how you do it:
- Select Approval - Leave applications.
- Select the employee on the Ready for approval tab.
- Tick the box next to the relevant leave application.
- Click Approve or Reject.
If you reject the application, you'll need to write a comment. Avoid sensitive information.
