How do I use accounting templates?

You can use an accounting template when you e.g. are posting depreciation or paying a salary. The accounting templates help you with the ledger accounts you need to use. You simply fill in the amounts. You can use an accounting template for a manual journal entry, deposit and other withdrawal. All of the templates are found under Settings - Accounting templates. Here, you can copy and create your own templates.

The templates displayed depend on the part of the function you are working with and what you are registering.

Often used templates such as Deposit and Other withdrawl are suggested when you match a bank transaction from Cash and bank.
