The Spiris app

The Spiris app is designed for those using Bookkeeping & Invoicing. The app enables you to reach your customers and view all of your sales invoices. You can view suppliers, make notes, receive reminders, send uploaded images to the web version, and keep track of important transactions in your company.

If you have an active integration with Webshop and receive a webshop order with the payment method Other, for example bankgiro or plusgiro, you can create an invoice to send to your customer straight from the app.

You have the same access in the app as in the web version of Bookkeeping & Invoicing.

Start using the Spiris app

To be able to use the app, you must have a licence for Bookkeeping & Invoicing and a login for spiris.se.

  1. Download the app for free from Google Play or App Store.
  2. Log into the app using the same login as you use for spiris.se.

To use the Spiris app, the person with the administrator user role must give everyone using the app access to Bookkeeping & Invoicing. The administrator does this at spiris.se.

Only an administrator can link source documents from the app to journal entries and purchase invoices in the web version. If you only have one licence for Bookkeeping & Invoicing and want to send source documents to the web version, your employees must download them in Spiris Scanner instead.
