The Spiris app is for those who use Bookkeeping & Invoicing and want the freedom to run their business wherever they are. You can easily manage your admin directly from your mobile - from creating invoices and managing customers to approving purchases, at no extra cost.
What you can do in the app
Dashboard and notifications
- Dashboard: See graphs of income, expenses and results for the current and previous year.

Cash flow: Keep track of unpaid sales and purchase invoices as well as the current bank balance.

Sales
- Manage the flow: Create and edit quotes, orders and sales invoices.

Get started with the Spiris app
- Make sure you have an active subscription to Bookkeeping & Invoicing and a login at spiris.se.
- Download the app for free from Google Play or the App Store.
- Sign in using the same details as when you log in on the web.
Tip for administrators: For employees to use the Spiris app, they need access to Bookkeeping & Invoicing, which you can easily manage by signing in at spiris.se.
You can view existing invoices in foreign currency and register payments for them in the app, but new invoices in foreign currency are currently created in the web version.
No, as a Spiris user, you don’t need to use Spiris Scanner, as the scanning feature is now built directly into Spiris.
Yes! You can easily switch between different companies in the app by selecting My company.
