Time and Time & Project planning
Time and Time & Project planning are web based time registration systems which can be integrated with Bookkeeping & Invoicing. Here you and your employees can easily report hours worked for invoicing, internal time, absence, overtime, extra pay and travel expenses on your device of choice.
The integration of Time/Pro with Bookkeeping & Invoicing presents several advantages. You can for example import your customers, articles, cost centres and projects from Bookkeeping & Invoicing. You can also work with your orders in Time/Pro and create an invoice basis that you transfer as draft invoices to Bookkeeping & Invoicing.
It is also possible to import purchase invoices in order to connect these with the costs on your orders, and if you make purchases with your company card, these can easily be registered in Bookkeeping & Invoicing by creating journal entries based on your receipts.
You start using Time/Pro by signing up for an account, which is free for 14 days. You will then be asked to fill in any necessary information to set up your account.
To integrate Time/Pro with Bookkeeping & Invoicing, all you have to do is follow the instructions in Time/Pro. You can read more about how to activate the integration in:
