Synchronise with Webshop
When Bookkeeping & Invoicing and Webshop are synchronised, information is exchanged between the programs. Information is transferred between the programs, such as updates of the article register or received orders.
Once you have activated integration between Bookkeeping & Invoicing and Webshop, the programs synchronise automatically and all information is updated on a running basis.
Note that new articles are hidden in Webshop by default, so you can add texts and pictures before making them public for your customers.
You can deactivate and activate synchronisation under Settings - Company settings under the Basic settings tab.
It is important to know that if you deactivate your active synchronisation, all webshop orders that have been made during the synchronisation with Bookkeeping & Invoicing will have the status Locked. If you've chosen to disable the Available in Webshop setting for one or more articles, they will be removed the next time you activate the sync.
