You can export a register, make updates to it, then import the file into Bookkeeping & Invoicing again.

Here you can download all source document images that have been uploaded. Worth noting is that the source document images are exported to the financial year in which they were uploaded. Select New export and then choose one or more financial years from which you want to download source document images. Finish by selecting Export. You'll get a notification when it's done.
This option is only available when you have cancelled your subscription for Bookkeeping & Invoicing. The file created is a zip file and contains the following company data:
-
Source document images
-
Kundfakturor
-
Received e-invoices
-
Reports (balance sheet, profit and loss report, and ledger)
-
SIE files
You can choose which of these you want to export and for which financial years.
To obtain a correctly formatted CSV file that you can use to enter records in, proceed as follows:
- Choose to export the same type of register as you wish to import. Read more in the topic Import or export records (CSV file).
A comma-separated CSV file with the exported information is then created.
- Replace the exported information with the information you want to import into the different fields of the CSV file, using the same format.
The file can now be used for importing records.
- When you create the file, you give it a name and decide where it should be saved on your computer.
If you are new to Bookkeeping & Invoicing, this is where you find out how to import files from another accounting software to Bookkeeping & Invoicing.
