User rights

Working in a company with multiple users, it may be necessary to use permissions. Using permissions can prevent any interferences between yourself and other employees in Bookkeeping & Invoicing and they can also be used to limit what parts that employees gain access to.

If you try to work with a feature you do not have permission to use, a message is shown to indicate that you do not have access to that particular feature.

Under Settings - Permissions, users with Full access can change permissions for other employees working in Bookkeeping & Invoicing. If you are the only user in Bookkeeping & Invoicing, you automatically get Full permission and the settings for permissions are not shown. If you add another user, the permission settings will be shown.

Permissions and different features

Program component Access type
Overview Full access: Full access to the overview page.
No access: The user will only see the Tips box on the overview page.
Sales

Full access: Full access to Sales.
Access without payments: Full access to create invoices, offset them and undo offset, but not to create any payments.
Read only: Ability to read and print anything, no access to change any data.
No access: The menu selection is excluded from the vertical menu and the user will not have access to the program component.

Purchasing Full access: Full access to Purchasing.
Access without payments: Full access to create invoices, offset them and undo offset, but not to create any payments. The user will not be able to export a payment file or resend it.
Read only: Ability to read and print anything, no access to change any data.
No access: The menu selection is excluded from the vertical menu and the user will not have access to the program component.
Stock Full access: Full access to Stock.
Read only: Ability to read and print anything, no access to change any data.
No access: The menu selection is excluded from the vertical menu and the user will not have access to the program component.
Cash and bank Full access: Full access to Cash and bank.
Read only: Ability to read and print anything, no access to change any data.
No access: The menu selection is excluded from the vertical menu and the user will not have access to the program component.
Accounting Full access: Full access to Accounting.
Read only: Ability to read and print anything, no access to change any data.
No access: The menu selection is excluded from the vertical menu and the user will not have access to the program component.
Site settings Full access: Full access to Settings.
Read only: Ability to read and print anything, no access to change any data.
No access: The menu selection is excluded from the vertical menu and the user will not have access to the program component.

The user must be an administrator in My Spiris to be able to complete a purchase.
