What is included if I activate a collaboration in Bookkeeping & Invoicing +?

As an accounting firm, you can easily invite your clients within road associations, housing cooperatives, sports associations, or economic and non-profit organizations to collaborate using Förening. The treasurers of the associations get everything they need to manage the finances and their members in a smooth and efficient manner. You activate the collaboration via the option Bookkeeping & Invoicing + under the Collaborations tab.

In Bookkeeping & Invoicing your client will have the full support for all parts of accounting and invoicing. Our most popular collaborations with a client are Bookkeeping & Invoicing - Accountant access, Approval & Invoicing or Bookkeeping & Invoicing.

If your client already are working in Bookkeeping & Invoicing + you can collaborate in this version of Bookkeeping & Invoicing too. As an accountant you can help with expertise knowledge and you can divide the accounting work between the both of you.

Your client will also have access to Spiris Scanner and Financial overview, Budget & Forecast. This simplifies sharing information such as receipts, supplier invoices and financial information in a secure way. With Financial overview, Budget & Forecast you and your customer will always have access to the latest information.

As an accountant, you will also be working in Bookkeeping & Invoicing +.
