Why do I see a strange e-mail address when I send an email?

When you have set your standard email program on your device and you have selected to save a copy of the e-mail in Practice management, an e-mail address will be shown in the bcc e-mail field of the email.

This field is only visible for the sender of the email and will be added to the recipients list. The added email address enables a copy to be sent to Practice management and therefore it is very important that you do not edit or remove this e-mail address.
