Other settings
Under Agency settings - Other settings tab you can select settings for your agency that affects the settings for all employees.
If you wish to automatically generate customer numbers when adding a new customer you can mark the check box and add the number you wish to start from. The number you enter here, is the starting number your next customer you add will receive. Read more in the topic Automatically generated customer numbers
Here you can select Single selection or Multi choice selection.
Here you can select which level the resource planning should be displayed. If you select Resource planning at time activity level, all activities that are added under each task (under Settings - Tasks) will be shown as separate rows in the resource planning.
If you select Resource planning at task level you will only see the tasks.
Here you can choose if the e-mail feature should be hidden or shown in Practice management. When Yes is marked, the feature will be hidden in all pages in the service where you can use it.
If you have used the feature to send e-mails, the sent e-mails will be found under Settings - Event log after you have hidden the feature.
You can use Payroll for your own use in your agency. You connect Payroll with the time registrations entered in Practice management and once activated they can be downloaded to Payroll. Read more in Activate Payroll for own use.
When you add a new fixed price for a customer, you can now choose to have the Ongoing fixed price option selected or not. By default, this setting will be Yes. If you have previously selected the No setting and decide to change it to Yes, only new fixed prices will be affected.
