Show/edit/end active collaborations
Under Settings - Collaborations in you can change tasks, contract period, change invoice recipient or end a collaboration for a customer. You can tailor your search with ease by choosing filters specific to Task, Collaboration, Task owner or Account manager or by applying a mixed selection.
The Sent requests tab shows the customers to whom a request has been sent, the solution concerned, when a request was sent, whether the customer accepted or declined and who sent the request.

Go to Settings - Collaborations.

Select the customer you wish to edit.
By expanding a customer, you get an overview of the active collaborations you have with the customer.

In the Task drop down list, select the task you want to change to.
Please note that only the tasks assigned to the customer will be selectable. -
Select Save.

Click on the collaboration you wish to change the access for.
- In the drop down list, select which access the customer should have instead.

Select Save.

Click on the collaboration you wish to change the contract period or invoice recipient for.

In the drop down list for Period, select the alternative you want to change to.

In the drop down list for Invoice recipient, you select the recipient.

Select Save.

Click the End collaboration button, in the lower left corner.
The window End collaboration will now open.

Select whether you would like to end the collaboration immediately or if you rather would pick a date for the collaboration to end.

Select Save.
