Export invoice bases to your financial software
In , you can download the invoice bPractice managementases module. The module makes it possible to export approved invoice bases from Practice management to your financial software. The module supports the following financial software:
- Visma Administration
- Visma Compact
- Visma Business
- Visma Global
- Visma Mamut One
Download and install the Practice management invoice bases module
To download Practice management invoice bases, you must have full rights to access Settings. Read more in Set user rights for employees.
- Go to Settings - Agency settings and the tab Other settings.
- Click on the Download link for the export module.
- Run the installer. Once finished, the Practice management invoice bases icon is available on your desktop.
Export invoice bases to your financial software
- Click on the Practice management invoice bases icon.
- Sign in. (Use the same email address and password as when you sign in to ).
- Select the financial software that you want to export the file to.
- Enter the location of the file in the Path to folder for exported files field. Use the same location as your financial software is using for import/export of SIE files.
- Click on the Download invoice bases button. The file is created and you can now import the file to your financial software.
In the Invoicing menu in your service, the status of the exported invoice bases is now Transferred and you will find the documents under the History tab.
