Transfer invoice bases to Bookkeeping & Invoicing

If you use Bookkeeping & Invoicing for your invoicing, you can transfer your invoice bases from Practice management.

Preconditions

  • Postal code and City must exist on the customer.
You can check this by selecting Customers in the menu and opening the customer. Select the tab Customer information - Basic information. Add the correct information if it is missing in the fields Postal code and City. Select Save in order to update the information.
  • Product no must exist on tasks, time activities and outlays.
Bear in mind that the product number you enter must be the same as in Bookkeeping & Invoicing, if there already exists an article register. If there is no article register in Bookkeeping & Invoicing, the articles will be added with the information you have entered in Practice management.
