Invoice basis for different pricing
All registrations included in an invoice basis are shown on the Invoice specification tab. Below is a description of what is displayed in the various columns for different types of pricing.
Price per hour

Always shows the same number of hours as the Chargeable quantity column. Used for calculating utilization ratio. |
Shows price per hour. |

Price per transaction

| Shows the number of registered transactions. |
Calculated by multiplying the estimated time per transaction (given in price list) by the number of registered transactions. Used for calculating utilization ratio. |

| A quantity is not shown on the Invoice specification tab. The Invoice rows tab shows quantity 1 for fixed price. |
Calculated by dividing time worked by the total time worked and then multiplying by the estimated number of hours per invoice occasion (taken from pricing per task). |
Shows price per hour specified per invoice occasion in pricing for the task. |
The sum of invoice amounts per registration always corresponds to the fixed price specified in pricing for the task. |
