Change utilization ratio limits
The utilization ratio displays the portion of available time according to the work schedule that is planned on internal time, customers and absence. In the resource planning there are limit values set for the utilization ratio. It means that you for each employee, get a colour indication of their capacity utilization ratio.
To change the limits, you need full permissions in the resource planning. Do as below:
- Select Resource planning.
- Click Edit in the lower left part of the screen.
The Limits for capacity utilization ratio dialogue is displayed.
Red = Exceeded capacity utilization ratio
Green = Approved capacity utilization ratio
Orange = Not reached capacity utilization ratio
- Add limits to be set as green.
The limits for red and orange will be automatically set, based on the green values.
- Select Save. Now, each month will be marked with the colour representing the employee's capacity utilization ratio in the Per employee view.
