Summary of the employee's time and capacity utilization ratio
In the resource planning, you can generate a summary of each employee's total time and capacity utilization ratio. You see the summary by clicking the 
symbol. The symbol is displayed when placing the cursor over an employee in the Per employee view or by placing the cursor over the row containing activity and employee in the Per customer view.
The summary comprises the following:
Scheduled working hours
The scheduled working hours is fetched from the employee's work schedule, with holidays taken into account. If the holiday schedule displays less hours than the employee's schedule, the holiday schedule is regarded as the primary one.
Planned absence
In the program, a customer and a task named Absence is added. This is used in order to register and plan absence for an employee. The Planned absence row, in the summary dialog, displays the hours planned for the customer Absence and task Absence in the resource planning.
Planned time worked
Here, a summary of hours planned on the agency's customers, including the "customer" Internal time is displayed.
Unplanned time
Unplanned time is the sum of Scheduled working hours - Planned absence - Planned time worked.
Capacity utilization ratio %
The utilization ratio displays the portion of available time according to the work schedule that is planned on internal time, customers and absence.
Planned absence + Planned time worked / Scheduled working hours.
