Write a note

You can quickly and easily enter notes and assign them to a customer, a task or an employee.

  1. Click on the icon displayed in the row of icons at the top right.
  2. Type your note in the Text field.
  3. Assign the note to a customer, a task or an employee.
  4. Optionally, enter a due date and reminder date.

All the notes linked to a customer are collected on the Events tab for the customer. Notes that have a Due date are also displayed on the Overview tab. A Due date must be added on for a note that you link to an employee so that the employee can see it on the Overview page.

  1. Select Save.
You can also enter a note for a customer directly in the customer register on the Overview or the Events tab.
