Why can't I see the financial statements approval at Bolagsverket?

The most common reasons why you can't see the financial statements approval:

1. The person logging in is not the same person as the signatory. Also check that the correct social security number is entered for the person who will sign the certificate.
2. The person tries to log in to My Pages at Bolagsverket instead of clicking on the link in the email sent by Bolagsverket.
3. The annual report is not signed/submitted before it is automatically removed from its own space at Bolagsverket (it remains there for 21 days).
