How do I report administrative workers over the age of 65 to Fora?

Administrative workers covered by Trygghetsrådet should be included in the Fora reporting up to and including the month before they turn 66. This means that when you report final salaries for 2025 in January 2026, these employees should be included in the reporting for one additional year compared to before.

You don’t need to make any settings. The calculations are done automatically when you create the basis for the Fora report. Read more in Basis to Fora (manual reporting).
