What types of per diems are available in Payroll?

Per diems are registered using the shortcut Travel, food and expenses in the calendar. However, the easiest way is to use Travel & Expenses, where employees can register their travels and expenses themselves. The registrations are then automatically imported into the employees’ payslips in Payroll during the pay run.

Types of per diems that can be used in Payroll:

• Per diem, taxable
• Per diem abroad, taxable
• Night time per diem
• Per diem, whole
• Per diem, half
• Per diem abroad, non-taxable
