Remove an employee's access to Employee.

When you remove the employee's access to Employee, all their time registrations will be deleted too.

Here's how to remove access to Employee:

  1. Payroll.
  2. Select the employee and choose the Employment tab.
  3. Remove the check mark next to The employee registers times/deviations.
  4. If the employee no longer wants to receive payslips to Payslip/Kivra, choose the Pay tab and select as PDF.
  5. Select Save.
  • Before access is removed, the employee can save or print their payslips.
  • The payslips are saved and the payroll administrator can print them even when the employee no longer has access to Payslip.
  • Employees who have had their payslips sent to their digital mailbox with Kivra can access them there. Payslips remain in Kivra until the employee deletes them.
