Remove access to Payslip
Please note that the employee won't be able to access their payslips through Payslip once access is removed. If the employee wants to access their previous payslips, they need to be saved as PDFs in Payslip. Employees who have had their payslips sent to their digital mailbox with Kivra can access them there.
Payslip is included in Payroll. You are not deactivating the service for the company, only for the employees who should not have access to it.
Here’s how:
- Select Payroll - Employees.
- Select the employee and choose the Pay tab.
- Select as PDF under Send payslip.
- Select Save.
