Create or edit holiday schedule
To choose which working hours apply to public holidays, other non-working days and days with reduced working hours, go to Settings – Payroll settings, open the Work schedules tab and click Holiday schedules. If the employees in your company have different working hours for these days, you can create a new holiday schedule and link it to each employee's work schedule.
Click the pencil icon to edit or copy a schedule.
Here you can see which month the bank holiday is in.
Here you can see what date in the selected month that is a bank holiday.
Here you enter the working hours in hours and minutes for the selected bank holiday.
Select Full time if the working hours for the day are the same as the employees' regular working schedule.
Enter a comment on the selected day. The field is not mandatory and is only shown in the holiday schedule.
Under Actions, click the pencil icon to edit or copy a schedule.
Click the bin icon to remove the schedule.
