Status for payslips sent to Kivra
Do this to see the status for payslips sent to Kivra:
- Select Payroll - Pay runs.
- Select a pay run.
- Click Go to Pay and post to ledger.
- Click on the Kivra status button.
In the Payslips to Kivra view, you can check the status in the Status Kivra column.
Here’s what each status means.
The payslip has been delivered to the employee's digital mailbox in Kivra.
The payslip is scheduled, which means the payroll administrator has prepared the payment but set a future payment date. The status changes to Delivered and a date appears under Sent to Kivra when the payslip has been sent.
The payslip has been delivered to the employee's digital mailbox in Kivra.
If an employee doesn’t have a digital mailbox, the payslip is still sent and Kivra keeps it for 30 days. Should the employee create a Kivra account within that time, the payslip will be delivered to their digital mailbox retroactively.
The status won’t change when the payslip is delivered retroactively. It’s updated only when a new payslip is created.
The payslip couldn’t be delivered because the personal identity number isn’t in a format accepted by Kivra. This can happen if the employee has a coordination number instead of a personal identity number, which means they can’t use Kivra.
The employee can see their payslip in Payslip.
The payslip couldn't be sent to Kivra due to a technical error. Contact our support, and we'll assist you.
An error occurred when they payslip was being sent to Kivra. Contact our support, and we'll assist you.
The payslip could not be delivered since the employee has incorrect settings or is missing required settings in Kivra. This may happen if the employee has chosen not to receive payslips in their digital mailbox.
The employee can see their payslip in Payslip.
