Create project
When you book salaries against projects, you'll get complete control over what each job costs – whether it's running for a week or a whole year.
You activate the project feature under Settings - Payroll settings on the Accounting tab. The Projects option will then appear under Accounting in the left menu.
- Select Accounting - Projects.
- Click New project.
- Fill in the project details.
- Select Spara.
The project is active when the box is checked and appears in the list of Ongoing projects. When the project is complete, uncheck the box. It will then be moved to the list of All projects and can no longer be selected.
Set start and end dates for the project. If you're unsure about the end date, you can leave it empty for now. You can always change the dates later.
Here you can write notes about the project. They are only visible here and are not displayed anywhere else.
