Should I change the information in Employee or in the payroll program?
This topic only applies to payroll administrators who work in Visma Lön 300 300/600.Visma Lön 600
f you work in the Payroll solution, all changes are made there and then transferred to Employee, except for changes to email address and name, which are made in Spiris. Read more in the topics Byta e-postadress i Spiris and Redigera användaruppgifter i Spiris (in Swedish).
If you work in Visma Lön 300/600 300/600, some settings are changed in Employee and some in the payroll program or in Spiris. Here is an overview that we hope will be helpful.

Select Scheduling - Work schedules to make changes. Click on the icon to assign an employee to a work schedule. Read more in the topic Create or edit work schedule.

Select Personal and click on Arbetstidsförkortning. Läs mer i avsnittet Arbetstidskonto/arbetstidsförkortning (in Swedish).

Select Personal and clock on Arbetstidskonto. Läs mer i avsnittet Arbetstidskonto/arbetstidsförkortning (in Swedish).

You deactivate Employee in Visma Lön 300/600. Read more in the topics Remove employee's access to Employee or Payslip and Remove the company's access to Employee or Payslip.

You deactivate Travel & Expenses in Visma Lön 300/600. Read more in the topic Avaktivera Travel & Expenses i Visma Lön 300/600.

Select Agreements to make changes. Click on the icon to assign an employee to an agreement. Read more in the topic Create or edit agreement.

The flexitime balance is not transferred to Visma Lön 300/600 during synchronisation. The employee can see their current flexitime balance in the calendar in Employee.

The setting for non-regulated working hours is made in Employee by changing the agreement for the employee. Read more under the heading Agreements in the topic Edit employee details.

In the payroll program, you can specify the working hours for bank holidays, as well as the day before and after bank holidays. In Employee, you then specify whether the work schedule should apply the holiday schedule in the payroll program or not. If the holiday schedule is used, the working hours in Employee will be adjusted on the relevant days in the calendar.
